La comodidad del cuarto, todo en buen estado, espacios amplios, el personal muy amable, muy cómodo
Se escucha todo, los desvelados felices que andan platicando por la madrugada, como del resto de los cuartos, me toco que salieron a las 3:30 am los vecinos y si se escuchaba todo, afortunadamente solo fue un dia así, a la siguiente noche ya estuco mas tranquilo y se pudo dormir

Amazing kind host who spent the time to talk to me about the local language and history of Basque Country and their struggle for independence.
The rooms were clean and large. The shower was hot and had good pressure. There is a great shared dining area with coffee and tea provided free.
Very reasonable price and very centrally located, and next to a grocery store. The town is well built and a small tight community with their own unique language and customs.
Would for sure stay again and was far more reasonable than Bilbao prices!
Other guests were smoking cigarettes in their room. Not sure if allowed or they were just jerks.
