Just for info for owners. Hinge on window on top main bedroom is broken.

Walked in to find a beautiful christmas tree all lit up. Apartment was very spacious and comfortable and very clean.
Main double bedroom with bath was very modern and nice. Televisions in both bedrooms upstaiirs.
Only one toilet and bathroom which were on the first floor with room with bunk beds. Living room and kitchen on 2nd floor and then other 2 bedrooms on top floor.
Only found one small bottle of shampoo and no other toiletries when 4 of us were staying 2 nights and it said toiletries provided.
No tea towel but giessing that was an oversight.

Apartment was spotless, nicely decorated, well equipped and well located within walking distance of restaurants, the marina and a supermarket.
In Bangor, we ate at Tom's Dining Rooms, Little Wing Pizzeria (both a short walk away) and Bull & Bear Grill (1.2 miles away). All were excellent.
The apartment is above a hair salon. There is free parking on the pavement outside the salon when it is closed (Sat to Tues). When it is open (Wed to Fri) parking is in a nearby, inexpensive public car park on Bingham Lane.
If driving, it is an easy drive to Belfast and to Belfast City Airport. If not driving, the train and bus stations are close to the apartment.
We used the apartment as a base for travelling to various places across Northern Ireland, including Giants Causeway and Derry.
The shower room only contains a shower, the toilet has a toilet and a small sink and the bath is in the main bedroom.
It would be better for the shower room to have a sink and to have an additional bathroom for the size of the property. There would be room in the main bedroom to create an en-suite containing the bath, a toilet, a sink and perhaps a shower.
The layout is
Ground floor: entrance hall
First floor: bunk bed room, shower room, toilet, lounge / kitchen
Second floor: twin room and double room (with bath)
This was fine for us as our children are secondary age, but some families may not like younger children being on a different floor to their parents.
