The rooms were spacious and we had a fantastic view of the mountains. It was close to the national park Middle Gate entrance, about a 10 minute walk. Would recommend starting here as relatively quiet to go in and out. The staff were all so friendly and helped us plan our itinerary for the national park. They even picked us up from the train station when we arrived which was great! Overall a great stay and would really recommend if visiting the national park. I would definitely stay here again if visiting the area.

We had a wonderful 4-night stay at Pandora’s Hilltop House Resort. Our room was spacious, spotless, and featured an exceptional view that made every morning special. A very special thanks goes to Cici! She was an incredible host: extremely kind, helpful, and always available. She organized everything flawlessly for us—from airport pick-up and train station transfers to ticket bookings for all the major attractions (Tianmen Mountain, National Forest Park, Grand Canyon) and local activities like a fantastic massage and the 72 Wonders Tower visit.
Thanks to Cici and the hotel team, our trip to Zhangjiajie was smooth, stress-free, and truly memorable.

Very peaceful and beautiful hotel . The views from my room window were breathtaking. The rooms were comfortable and spacious. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was delicious. We felt right at home. 💯 recommend.
