The rooms were amazing! So modern and luxurious. The best pillows I’ve ever slept on. The staff were so nice and helpful. I loved that there was a laundry facility to use. The pool area was very nice and perfect to take a swim on a hot day. The food we ordered for dinner was delicious every time. We loved being able to have room service as well.
There was nothing we didn’t like but some small improvements could be to the gym. Some more equipment and weights would have been great to use. And the breakfast was very nice especially the eastern options but the western options could be improved a little bit. Maybe different egg options on different days. One day fried eggs, the next day scrambled eggs. And possibly cook the bacon a little longer so it’s crispier. But overall the breakfast was great! We always left full and happy.

Good location to visit the Zhangjiajie Forest Park and the other must-see spots in the region
I for one preferred the quiet location, but if you want to be in the buzz of the Wulingyuan city center, have in mind this is 10 minutes Didi ride far.

the family room is super two room separate, very nice and clean. the swimming pool is big and nice inside the residence building.
the other room is king size bed , the decoration is nice, Morden , good space and clean. but there is one thing about the smell, hotel tried to solve the problem, but the smell still there.

Very nice rooms and a very helpful staff, who organized our visits to national park and Tianmensshan.
