The hotel’s location was convenient for exploring Tianmen Mountain and Zhangjiajie National Forest Park. The staff were exceptionally welcoming, professional, and attentive throughout my stay. JIANAN was amazing during our stay. He help us with park tickets, directions recommendations he even ordered foot for us. We will not be able to see all the places without his help. Thank you JIANAN!

Wendy , iff we dident have her help for communication,payments,information , flights exc.. we good never done in 4 days what we did , we did 2 parks completely with the help of our personal driver and Wendy . Thanks again for your efforts to help !!!
The breakfast is not bad but simpel and maked for assian market not for European tourists. But I did find every morning my slice off bread with jam

Das Frühstück war ein Mix aus ein bisschen Western und Chinesisch aber völlig Okay. Viel Obst, reichlich Auswahl und leckere frisch zubereitete Nudelsuppe. Der Ort war gut gelegen um die zuvor gewählten Attraktionen und Spots zu besuchen. Danke auf für die Hilfe bei den Buchungen an das Personal. Zum Glück haben wir nicht in einer Hauptreisezeit, somit war es nicht überlaufen. Danke auch für das Upgrade in die Suite.

Great location - central to the mountains and 72 towers. Impressive lobby. Big rooms. Friendly staff who communicated to me via WeChat to help 24/7
Skeleton crew working. A lot of lights not turned on in communal areas giving it a bit of haunted vibes.
