The staff were courteous, friendly and very helpful. Very comfortable bed and good-quality linen. Then building itself is beautifully restored and decorated and it's in a great waterfront location.

The minute we entered the hotel, we were struck by how calm and welcoming it was. There was no hustle and bustle at all, just such a lovely, peaceful atmosphere. The lady on reception was so friendly and welcoming, and I felt completely relaxed from the second we arrived.
Our room was lovely, the location was brilliant, and the hotel was great value for money. We really loved our stay and would definitely come back! There was a lovely beach nearby and loads of great pubs.
The breakfast wasn’t the best but good value for money overall.

The location, the staff, the spacious bedroom, and the amazing breakfast! We stayed one night after completing the Waterford to Dungarvan greenway and were able to park our bikes in a private safely locked courtyard.
In general everything was perfect, however, we happened to be in Dungarvan during a heatwave, and unffourtunately the room does not have A/C or fans. We had the windows open, but it was still a bit hot.

Dungarvan is a lovely spot for a quick one-night stopover. The hotel was very clean, though the rooms are quite small with barely enough space to open a suitcase.
