The breakfast was lovely. The staff friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a great location opposite the sea and walking distance to Youghal.

* Loved the choice of having a shower and bath.
* Staff were very friendly.
* Food was delicious.
* Too short staffed - Only one person on breakfast orders. And only one person serving at the bar during the night.
* Only half a roll of tissue in the bathroom in our room when we arrived.

Location was great, a few minutes walk from the main town & even less from the beach. Free parking too.
Our room was spacious, clean & comfy with a sea facing view.
The staff were friendly & helpful especially in the lovely restaurant & bar where the food is delicious with a great menu. It's extremely busy so booking is advisable.
