Excellent, caring and helpful staff.
Private free car park behind hotel perfectly located in the middle of Dungarvan’s shops, pubs, bars and restaurants.
Good pub food at reasonable prices for a 3-star hotel .
Rather dated and in need of room upgrades as the hotel shows its age.

Very dated carpets in the corridors.
The showers leaked a lot, the Guinness in the bar was terrible, the general look of the hotel was very run down, the WiFi didn’t work

Central location. Very friendly staff. Excellent breakfast. Rooms were clean & comfortable. Modern, new bathroom.
The property is in need of a general refurbishment. Furniture in shared areas is tired & threadbare in places.
