Das Personal war sehr nett und aufmerksam. Leider wenig Englisch-Kenntnisse, aber dank Übersetzungs-Apps kein Verständigungsproblem. Der Pool ist super, die Anlage schön. Der hoteleigene Strandabschnitt ist sehr schön und hat fast keine Abbruchkanten im Vergleich zu manch anderen Anlagen in der Gegend.
Das Essen ist recht gut und es wurde sich sehr bemüht, unsere vegetarischen und veganen Essenswünsche zu erfüllen.
Leider ist der Fußweg nach Palomino im Moment wegen abgebrochener Küstenbereiche sehr beschwerlich. Man muss durch andere Anlagen laufen und über Steine und Beton klettern und bekommt an manchen Stelllen auf jeden Fall nasse Füße, weil man über die Uferlinie muss.
Das Hotel ruft aber gerne Tuk-Tuks, wenn man nicht laufen kann oder möchte.

The entire complex appears well-maintained. If there would be a beach, the hotel would also be recommendable... But a stay only makes sense with a nice beach.
It makes little sense to book this hotel. The only reason would be the beach. However, there's hardly a beach to speak of. The sea has reclaimed almost all of it. And that's the case everywhere in Palomino.
Those without a car have to walk long distances to reach the "restaurant strip" in Palomino.
Reliable internet is only available outside the room on the terrace. As soon as you enter the room, it disappears.
Breakfast is just about okay, but nothing special.
