Frank is a great host. He was so helpful.
The smell of mold could be somewhat disturbing. Also you hear the subway train passing by night and day.

Location was great. Easy to access.
Nothing I didn't like, but here are a couple of items that may be worth a review:
It's not an easy entrance for tall people, lol. My husband hit his head a couple of times coming out of the basement. He's fine, but a reminder could work well!
There's a smell in the corner at the desk area opposite the bed. You may want to check it out.
