Excellent location for a Dodgers trip — under fifteen minutes to Dodger Stadium and walkable to Grand Central Market, Whole Foods and most of downtown. The apartment was clean, comfortable and genuinely well equipped: full kitchen with oven, stovetop, microwave, dishwasher and coffee maker, plus an in-unit washer and dryer, which made a short trip with a teenager much easier. We cooked breakfast both mornings. The building felt safe at every hour, including coming back from night games close to midnight, and check-in worked smoothly even though we arrived after 11 pm. Staff at entrance was particularly friendly. Good value for what it is
The air conditioning is very loud — both the unit inside the apartment (at least on the second bedroom) and the equipment outside the window of main bedroom. We specifically requested a quiet apartment and this was not it; the noise is constant and hard to ignore at night. The other issue is that a listing advertised for up to six guests has only one bathroom. For two of us it was manageable, but with a full group it would be a problem. Worth knowing before you book.

Looks like the photos, very well kept and also kitchen has most of the utensils open would need
Area around can be a bit off-putting but not really dangerous it’d you don’t go out looking for trouble
