The location of the townhouse is perfect, right across from the clubhouse. 20-30 minutes from WDW and Universal pending traffic. As a warning, Funie Steed gets very busy especially around 5-7 pm. It’s nicely furnished, but as a warning, it does have all the cups and plates stacked on the island and dining table as shown in the pictures. I had to put these away quickly because we have a toddler. They do offer a pack n play, umbrella stroller, and booster seat. The twin bedroom bed frames kept hitting the wall after a slight movement. Perhaps not properly screwed in to the frame? The rooms are nice, however all the beds seem rather hard. My hips hurt after trying to side sleep. I had to sleep on my back the entire trip. In my opinion, the toilets were rather low and had hard toilet seats. Overall, the townhouse is great and close to Disney and Universal. I would stay here again, and definitely bring a cheap mattress cushion.

We stay at paradise palms often. This place was nice comfortable and family friendly. We really needed a king bed downstairs and this worked. We are a family with all teens and they had a good time. This place was clean the only thing that needed a little attention as far as cleaning goes would be the pool area. Host of this property was fast and attentive. I would recommend this property.
