Great views over the loch the house is very clean and comfortable
At the time we visited the WiFi was down but this was down to the suppliers not the hotels fault

Very comfortable cottage with amazing views over the Loch to Ben Lomond. Kitchen extremely well equipped, which made it easy to prepare all our meals. Having the loch just across the road was wonderful for us as we got to swim in there every day, followed by a relaxing half an hour in the hot tub. The location is perfect as it's quite close to so much. In 4 days we managed to visit the Kelpies at Falkirk, followed by going to Stirling Castle. Then a trip to inverary for a good mosey about, then a late afternoon at Eir sauna at Arrochar and dook in loch long. We did try the sauna at Luss, but it's not a patch in the Arrochar one. We had intended to go for a dook in the falls if falloch, but just couldn't fit it in, but that was probably for the best as the falls would have been in full flow due the the rain. Perhaps next time.
We have to mention the welcome basket at the cottage: it was brilliant and by far the best in any cottage I have stayed in in the area.
All in all, it was one of the best cottages we have stayed in.
The heating seemed to take a day to actually warm the bedrooms, but that was a minor issue and didn't impact too much

The cottage was deceiving, looked small on the outside, however the inside was like a tardis, modern interior, furnishings to a good standard, grankids loved the play area in back garden and the view from the balcony was breathtaking.
Some small issues, the electric gates to enter and exit are temperamental.
No corkscrew, I think one of the young waiters gave us his to use.
On our 2nd use of the hot tub both the arms to lift the lid snapped, quickly reported to Nieave (hotel reception) maintenance where there the following morning on our exit 5 days later still hadn't been fixed as had to order parts.
Also whilst awaiting our keys to the cottage (domestic took them home) (maybe a spare set needed incase of such incidents) accidents do happen, we where advised to have a drink in the bar, had to drink outside as the area inside is for hotel guests who are eating, no inside place to sit and drink.
