Fabulous views, furnishings and location. Everything was supplied including coffee and cream.
Entry system did not allow us in and we could not get in contact with owner. It took 30 mins of panic and unanswered phone calls also other apartment owners to manage to get us and our luggage into the place. Awful after a transatlantic flight. Apparently this has happened before!!!
Towels were navy blue with lots of large pink / white stains.

Beautiful views, ideal location, well-equipped with all housekeeping equipment and supplies, simple entry and exit to the clean and modern building.

Location was great. Room was great, lots of light, great view!
The check in process was confusing, lengthy and stressful. We got locked out because instructions weren't clear and we had to ask other building residents to help us get up to the 11th floor since the host didn't answer the calls. Instructions should have been more clear. Also wished there had been recommendations for parking. We found some on our own, but we were worried about safety and a rec would have felt better. There were no pods for coffee which was disappointing in the morning.
