We had a wonderful 7-night stay in this studio! The location is absolutely perfect - situated in the quiet and elegant Musicians' Quarter (Quartier des Musiciens). It is just a short 7-minute walk to the central train station (Nice-Ville) and the Alsace-Lorraine tram stop, which made our daily trips to Monaco, Cannes, and the airport incredibly easy. There is a great Intermarché supermarket right around the corner on Rue Rossini, which was super convenient. The apartment itself was clean, well-equipped, cozy, and the balcony was a lovely bonus for relaxing. A special thanks to the host for being incredibly helpful and kindly allowing us a complimentary late checkout until 12:00 PM on our final day!

The only minor thing keeping it from a perfect was that the space is slightly compact for a family with a child when all the luggage is unpacked, but for a one-week holiday, it was still very comfortable and manageable.
