Urban Flats was a perfect apartment for our needs while in Barcelona. It was clean and comfortable and generously sized. The location was good...the area seemed safe and it was just a short walk to the metro. We really appreciated that it had an air conditioner and the blackout curtains certainly helped it do its thing while we were away during the day. (I also adjusted the temps while away so as not to be wasteful.) The washing machine and kitchen were also great to have. And there were lots of books...although I didn't have time to read them!
We were there for four nights. The weeknights were pretty quiet, but on Friday and Saturday we could hear the music from parties/bands in the nearby streets. Honestly though, it didn't really bother us...it just kind of added to the vibe of the area. I'm not sure if this is typical for every weekend or if we hit a special one.
Another thing that isn't really a con, just something to be aware of is the elevator. It was great to have one, but if you REALLY can't do any steps this place isn't for you. There are 8 steps to climb before getting on the elevator and another 8 either up or down when getting off. When it was ridiculously hot and when we had all our luggage though, it was still great to only have 16 steps rather than 64!

Se dovessi tornare a Barcellona, sicuramente tornerei qui. L’appartamento é posto al terzo piano con ascensore e fa parte di un contesto di appartamenti. Accesso in appartamento tramite sito e codice per sbloccare la porta d’ingresso. Quello usufruito con la mia famiglia é senza balcone, ma dotato di ogni comfort. Soggiorno con 2 divani, tv dotata anche di piattaforme e cucina accessoriata dell’essenziale : forno, lavastoviglie, piano cottura ad induzione, frigo e frizer, lavatrice, tostapane, stoviglie e macchina caffè (a cialde della Lavazza). 2 camere e un bagno con doccia, il tutto finestrato. Wi-Fi più che buona e raggiungibile in tutte l’abitazione. Per necessità anche degli stendi panni e ferro da stiro. Aria condizionata nei 3 locali (soggiorno e camere). Prodotti e il necessario per le pulizie, asciugamani e carta igienica. Praticamente abbiamo solo dovuto acquistare gli alimenti e il necessario per la vita quotidiana di una casa (per intenderci pastiglie lavastoviglie, detersivo lavatrice, carta forno, tovaglioli ecc..).
Funzionale il check in online e la comunicazione é stata ottima e veloce con il team.
Unica, ma non per importanza, la posizione; praticamente a 5 minuti a piedi dalla metro e a meno di 10 minuti quella dei bus. Praticamente sotto casa una farmacia e un negozio di alimentari (per l’essenziale). A 10 minuti sulla via principale invece si può trovare di tutto (panificio, macelleria, fruttivendolo e market vari). Unica cosa dolente per chi non piace camminare, i sali e scendi della zona essendo in una lieve collina, ma non allarmatevi, le scale mobili sono in aiuto. Dovessi tornare o consigliare indubbiamente farò il nome del Urban Flats Park Guell.
Il bagno piuttosto ridotto e il lavandino scomodo nel suo utilizzo per la specchiera ad armadio che riduce spazio.

Locația foarte aproape de obiectivele turistice din Barcelona. Totodată, locația este aproape de metrou. Lângă apartament, găsești o farmacie și un magazin.
Când am făcut rezervarea, în descriere apărea apartament cu 2 dormitoare și 2 băi. La fața locului, au fost 2 dormitoare dar o singură baie. În descriere apare acces la terasa de sus, ceea nu a fost posibilă. Am plătit pentru cazare extra, dar dacă am ajuns la cazare cu 10 minute nu am primit codul de acces mai repede.
