Изключително съм доволен от хотела! Всичко беше на много високо ниво – обслужването, чистотата, отношението и цялостната атмосфера. Прекарахме чудесно и определено бихме се върнали отново. Горещо препоръчвам!

Хотелът е чист,по-различен,не се слива с масата от хотели. Персоналът е изключително любезен.
Всички сервитьори са млади и любезни,но обслужването е доста бавно. Паркингът е изключително малък,няма достатъчно паркоместа за всички гости. Не ми допадна,че се допускат домашни любимци,които се разхождат свободно в откритата зона,след като всяко едно куче трябва да бъде на повод.

The cleanness and the style of the property was great.
The mattress was very, very hard. It was like sleeping on an air bed.
The pool doesn’t have enough pool beds or even umbrellas. People were coming to the pool complaining. This might be normal for a beach but not for a hotel.
Also, the half board does not include drinks. I mean soft drinks or even water.. you have to pay for water during dinner. During breakfast you can access free coffee and free juices but the juice machine was not working on our second breakfast.
Also the coffee in the room was free only on the first night. When we asked for coffee refill for the second morning they said we have to pay €2 for each coffee, as the first morning we had a free one as a compliment. For a 4 star hotel this is ridiculous. We paid €440 for two nights (after a discount of €50).
Then we checked other 4 star hotels around the area and the prices were half of that for the same facilities.
Overall we thought the cost here is not worth what you get.
