The location can’t be faulted, just a street away from St Jean the Main Street with all the shops and restaurants. The apartment looks out on to the beachfront. There is paid parking next to and In front of the apartment. No air con but using the blinds kept the apartment cool enough.
I was expecting the apartment to be better furnished than it was, everything is very basic, if the accommodation was fully occupied then there wouldn’t be enough seating in the lounge area for 7 people. The level of cleanliness was poor with dog hair and fluff all over the floors. The decking area really lets the place down, the grass was overgrown and the decking was filthy and covered in birds mess and there was dogs excrement on the grass. The contact said it’s not their fault as they are only responsible for the inside, not acceptable at all! No decent loungers or table on the decking if you wanted to sit out. Oh, and the apartment is up for sale with advertising boards outside. Not sure if potential buyers would want access during your holiday. Apart from the location, I wouldn’t return and just feel the standard doesn’t meet my expectations.

L’accueil de la salarié conciergerie
Aucuns aménagements extérieurs ce qui est assez peu agréable pour profiter de la terrasse et du jardin.
Le bémol est le contact avec la Conciergerie tres restrictive sur l’arrivée 20h max ce qui nous a obligé a devoir nous réorganiser professionnellement pour arriver dans les temps mais heureusement que la salarié est très accueillante.
assez dommage de nos jours sachant qu’il y à possibilité d’accéder via un code porte d’entrée.
Auquel cas, récupérer les clefs dans un autre lieu pourrait être une solution en cas d’arrivée tardive évitant ainsi du stress.
