Formerly a residence of renowned singer Cher and sitcom star Ed O’Neil from Modern Family, this newly renovated 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home in the 90210 enclave offers privacy, tranquility, and endless charm. It is centrally located between Beverly Hills and Studio City making it accessible to ritzy Rodeo Drive and exquisite restaurants on the west side as well as Universal Studios, Warner Brothers, and all else the valley has to offer. Unique features include a cobblestone driveway leading to a pond with a multi-level waterfall, gargoyle fountain installed by Cher, storybook windows and trees surrounding the entire estate to make you feel like you’re in a fairy tale.
The main living area has French doors that open up to a brick courtyard with mountain views and the kitchen has a breakfast nook with a Dutch door so you can enjoy the sounds of a serene waterfall and allow fresh air circulation into the home.
