The facilities are new, the staff is friendly, and the location is good, although it is not within walking distance of the Cooperstown Hall of Fame museum.
It's not a walking distance from the Cooperstown Hall of Fame.
I could have easily spent two full days looking around the Cooperstown museum.

Everything was extremely clean and in working order.
A King size bed should have King size pillows. I brought a night light for the bathroom, but I think that first rate hotels and motels should provide them.

The staff was very accommodating when we had a problem with excessive noise created by the family in the room above us. We were quickly given a different room.
Breakfast area was large and there were many choices.

The location to Cooperstown Village.
The hotel had an inexperienced staff at the front desk. We were told at 11 pm we had to relocate to another room immediately due to an emergency. We were not compensated for the room price difference, king to queen bed.
The room keys worked in the morning but not in the afternoon.
The hotel is very clean but some of the construction was rushed. I.e. the shower door of our first room is not level so the door would slowly slide open. Bathroom fan didn't work. The walls are thin, you can hear families in the next room or in the hallway.
The breakfast items quality are poor.
The air conditioner has a mind of its own.
