This Chalet had a warm and inviting feel. It felt like we were staying in a close friends home and made to feel at home. Erin was a fantastic host and the breakfasts she cooked were over the top. Erin was also a great source of information in guiding us in Cooperstown.
Not much could have been better. But if you are looking for spacious bathroom accommodations. this was the only thing that kept me from rating a ten. Our shower was small and the toilet might be the same as what is found in an elementary school bathroom.

Breakfast was great! Erin, the co-owner accommodated us for my husband's plant based diet. The atmosphere of the B and B building was phenomenal and very welcoming! Our room was immaculately clean, and spacious our bed was very comfortable, and the other guests were very interesting and pleasant to talk with during breakfast.
Liked everything, although I like oatmeal with all my breakfasts, along with the rest of the food, but I am just very picky.

Lovely hostess who is very knowledgeable about the surrounding area. Very comfortable canopy bed. Had a perfect night’s sleep in this quiet setting.
This property is located in a rural setting. There is no possibility of making a cup of tea or coffee at this lodging since no tea kettle or coffee making device is provided. So if you wish to have a hot drink after breakfast is served, a guest must travel several miles to purchase a hot drink.
