I almost didn’t want to write a review to keep this wonderful place available for myself. 😈 It’s in the middle of Ortakoy with a gorgeous view of the Bosphorus (I have reserved the room with the view, it’s a small boutique hotel, I’m not sure how many rooms with the gorgeous sea view). Since there are other lower buildings in front, my room was on fourth floor. In the historical building, the stairs were easier to manage up until the third level. Then, they became really steep. Luckily, a wonderful member of the staff helped me carry my small suitcase. On the way down, it was the young housekeeper lady who grabbed my luggage before even I asked. There are nice chairs and a small table on each floor by the window for a chance to rest.
There are nice restaurants within two minutes of walking for every budget (from Michelin starred Banyan to very affordable Kofteci Yusuf). House Coffee and Mado are good breakfast places. Two other hotels nearby may have newer facilities, but at double or triple prices. There’s also an Irish Pub at the entrance of the hotel. I loved it, the location, view and personnel.
One possible negative factor was the noise from music at the street until 3:00 am. It did not bother me, but just to keep the place available ;)

Daha girişte sıcak bir şekilde karşılanmam doğru yerde olduğumu hissettirdi. Personelin güler yüzü ve çözüm odaklı yaklaşımı gerçekten takdire değerdi. Otelin temizliği ve düzeni sürekli korunuyordu. Konumu hem sakin hem de İstanbul'un en güzel noktalarından birinde yer alıyor. Misafir memnuniyetine verdikleri önem her ayrıntıda kendini belli ediyor.
Konaklamam boyunca bizi rahatsız eden herhangi bir durum yaşanmadı. Otelin genel düzeni ve hizmet kalitesi beklentilerimizi karşıladı. Personelin ilgisi ve profesyonel yaklaşımı sayesinde kendimizi rahat hissettik. Bu nedenle olumsuz olarak değerlendirebileceğimiz belirgin bir nokta bulunmuyor.

Konumu sayesinde hem sahile hem de çevredeki sosyal alanlara birkaç dakikada ulaşabildik. Gün batımında odadan izlediğimiz deniz manzarası unutulmazdı. Odalar modern, ferah ve son derece konforluydu. Personelin samimi yaklaşımı ve misafirperverliği bizi çok mutlu etti. Hizmet kalitesiyle güven veren, tekrar tercih edilecek bir otel.
Otelde kaldığımız süre boyunca herhangi bir aksaklıkla karşılaşmadık. Tüm süreçler planlı ve profesyonel bir şekilde ilerliyordu. Personelin yaklaşımı nazik ve çözüm odaklıydı. Olumsuz yorum yapmamızı gerektirecek bir durum yaşanmadı.
