This charming finca offers the ideal combination of privacy, comfort and an excellent location.
The finca is just a short walk from the crystal-clear waters and golden sandy beach of Cala Agulla. The beach can be easily reached on foot or by bike via a quiet, paved country lane. Inside, the finca is tastefully furnished in traditional Mallorcan style and combines character with modern comfort. The spacious living and dining areas as well as the fully equipped kitchen have direct access to the terrace and outdoor areas.
Situated on a spacious private plot, the finca is a true oasis of peace and relaxation. The large swimming pool is surrounded by spacious sun terraces with comfortable loungers. Old pine trees provide privacy and give the property an authentic Mediterranean atmosphere. Right next to the house is a spacious terrace with sunny and shady areas and an inviting outdoor dining area.
Cala Ratjada combines the authentic charm of a traditional fishing harbour with a lively Mediterranean atmosphere. Here you will find an excellent selection of restaurants. During the day, beach cafés and stylish cocktail bars invite you to relax, while in the evening the town transforms into a lively nightlife centre. Nature lovers will appreciate the close proximity to the spectacular Llevant Nature Park.
