The charming villa "Can Cremat" is a beautifully converted old farmhouse that seamlessly combines modern comfort with its authentic character.
Nestled in an enclosed garden adorned with mature trees, lemon trees and vibrant flowering plants, the villa offers a tranquil retreat. The expansive lawn provides ample shade to relax in, while various seating areas invite you to unwind with a book. The outdoor area features a built-in barbecue, perfect for evening gatherings under romantic garden lighting, complemented by stunning views of the hills. The impressive pool with its unique meandering design is surrounded by a terrace equipped with quality sun loungers and parasols, ideal for sunbathing or enjoying the gentle breeze.
Inside, the villa has a spacious foyer that leads to a fully equipped kitchen, two dining areas and a bright living room with a cosy TV area. The hallway leads to a double bedroom and a large bathroom that conveniently opens onto the pool terrace. Upstairs, two further double bedrooms (one with twin beds) each have access to private roof terraces, ensuring privacy for all guests and making this the perfect family retreat.
The finca "Can Cremat" is located close to the beach and not far from the medieval village of Artà, in a quiet and rural location that offers sensational views from the hilly surroundings to the coastal town of Capdepera. Below Capdepera is the harbour town of Cala Ratjada with its beautiful beach promenade and numerous shopping facilities. The beautiful sandy beaches, including several spectacular natural beaches, can be easily reached by hire car.
