Traditional elements such as terracotta floors, timber beams and wooden shutters give the interior a warm Mediterranean character, while several living and dining areas provide plenty of space for spending time together. A fireplace adds further character indoors, and the covered terraces extend the living space outside. The landscaped grounds and generous pool area offer inviting places to relax between excursions around the island.
Son Servera combines a traditional inland town with easy access to Mallorca’s north-eastern coast. In the centre, visit the unusual roofless Església Nova or browse the weekly market around Plaça de Sant Joan. The municipality also includes coastal areas such as Cala Bona, Costa dels Pins and Cala Millor, where long beaches and a seafront promenade invite you to spend time by the Mediterranean. For walking or cycling, the former railway route between Manacor and Artà has been transformed into a greenway that passes through the area.
