"Finca Mirabell" is situated in a secluded, romantic location near the charming town of Artà and promises a peaceful and relaxing holiday.
This is a holiday home in Fincallorca.
The spacious terrace surrounded by wood has a stunning pool, perfect for swimming and sunbathing, with high-quality rattan furniture that enhances the outdoor ambience. An outdoor shower provides refreshment on hot days, and shaded areas around the house offer comfort throughout the day.
Inside, the villa is spread over three levels. The central lounge combines a cosy living and dining area with an open-plan, fully equipped kitchen. Prepare meals to enjoy either indoors or by the pool. Two double bedrooms with shared bathrooms are located on the ground floor, while the upper floor offers a third bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a small roof terrace with picturesque views. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and comfortable single beds (0.90 x 1.90 m).
Surrounded by nature, this villa is ideal for couples or families. A very special retreat.
The picturesque town of Artà is 2 km away and is ideal for daily shopping and a visit to the market every Tuesday. Cala Ratjada is only 13 km away and offers several great restaurants. The unique natural sandy beach "Cala Torta" can also be reached quickly by car.
