Very comfortable, excellent beds and bathrooms. The location was better than we expected, with cafes and restaurants very close by. Also very helpful was a phone store next door as we exited building. The hosts were very helpful and available when we had questions.
I could have used another blanket.

Loved the location. In historic Lisbon. Walkable to a lot of shops, restaurants, cafes, plazas.
Loved it had an elevator, especially up to the 6th floor apartment but ….
( it wasn’t working for 2 days. )
Key PU instructions were easy to follow.
Host did provide info for luggage storage area before check in.
Balcony was nice with amazing views.
Had an elevator BUT wasn’t working for 2 days so definitely did not enjoy lugging out luggage up 6 flights !!!!
Wish kitchen had a microwave but got around that.
Wish apt had more basic bathroom amenities.
As we landed at 8am, the 3 pm check in was kind of late as we wanted to change and get some RR for a few hours.
At times, it took the host a few days to answer my questions / get back to me.

Location was good.
Check-in process/communication was good.
Some of the bath towels were dirty and had stains, looked old/worn out.
Bed sheets and blankets didn't smell pleasant.
Bathroom #2 was tiny, couldn't fully close the door.
Also noticed in bathroom #2 that after showering, it smelled like sweat/sewage for like 10mins, but it happened after each shower.
