Immerse yourself in the ocean’s sights and sounds, borrow a crab trap and try your luck off the dock, or take a kayak out for a leisurely paddle! Relax on the oceanfront terrace and enjoy the view. Bring your boat? We have over 200ft of dock space! Sit on the terrace and star gaze or play a game of bocci ball or corn hole. Seascape Inn is a small boutique hotel situated on the Sooke Inlet just a kilometre from Sooke town centre and 40 mins from Victoria.

This suite is small and hotel room like. There are SEVERAL STAIRS down to the water so if you have mobility issues and want to go down to the water and dock, studio probably would NOT be a good fit for you. The terrace, which overlooks the Harbour is easily accessible with no stairs. Studio has a HALF kitchen. Small fridge, two burner stove, convection oven, air fryer, Keurig, kettle, toaster, blender and microwave. Bathroom with toilet sink and small standup shower. Covered patio with table, chairs, BBQ and fire table. Full access to Seascapes oceanfront property, dock, terrace, boardwalk, oceanfront beach, moorage, kayaks, and crab traps. Laundry room open from 9 AM to 7pm.
No smoking in-suite. Centrally located a kilometre from Sooke town centre. This was a great location on the ocean - Tiffany was amazing - responding almost immediately with answers-my GPS took me to the wrong location but the Vrbo help desk told me how to find where I needed to go -other then a couple of ants who liked the place too -it was very comfy place all the way around -only issue was the bbq starter didn’t work but there were matches inside the drawers-I also had an unexpected family emergency and Vrbo gave me a refund for the last few days when I needed to head home early -I was very impressed with all the service that I received and I would book with Vrbo again

The host, Tiffiny is very responsive and helpful - responding to my emails within minutes. The studio is clean although quite small. The kitchenette has all the necessary cooking tools for our stay. We enjoyed the barbecue outside on the patio. We especially loved their big ocean side patio with umbrellas and swivel chairs. Al in all we had an enjoyable and relaxing time there.

We enjoyed the property but were disappointed there was no view. When we read oceanfront we thought we would be able to see the ocean. It was difficult to get the shower faucet turned off and not dripping. It was very clean and although there were a number on any traps around we saw no insects. There were basic condiments there but because we ate out we only used coffee.
