The small indoor pool was heated and once other guests had left, it was quite pleasant for a swim and exercise.
The breakfast bar was pathetic. And my room was never made up on my full day on the site. I was out for three hours in the morning, and for seven hours after 3 p.m. That was disappointing, given the amount that I was paying for the room.

Easy to get to. Not far from hwy 11. The staff was friendly and room was comfortable

The location was perfect. Plenty of parking around the building. Room layout was wonderful- lovely design details and floor plan is ideal.
Housekeeping did an amazing job on cleanliness overall.
Unfortunately, mattress was poor quality and sagged without proper support. One of our bed pillows smelt like body odor.
The breakfast was terrible. Guests are expected to eat in the lobby, rather than a separate dining area, which was a little awkward.

2. banana was bruised
3. poor quality yogurt - greek yogurt should be offered
4. eggs terrible (maybe frozen or powdered)
5.sausage visually unappealing
6. bagels not fresh
7. cheap quality bread housed in same container as everything bagels - all the breads tasted like everything bagels.
Because of this breakfast, we will never return. It was a big selling feature for our choice of accommodation and truthfully, we have had better breakfasts at discount hotels. We expected something of better quality with the Hilton name.
