Everything was excellent, couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay at in Valencia. Kitchen is so well equipped, the two bigger bedrooms and the living room have AC and the terrace is so big and filled with beautiful green plants! You can feel the love and care everywhere.
Only things are that there’s an ant infestation on the plant next to the dining table and they like to climb, the kids room doesn’t have any AC and the AC unit in the living room leaks water. But honestly they didn’t affect the quality of our stay at all, this is more of a heads up to more squeamish people.

Close to train stations, car parks, supermarkets and restaurants. Nice roof terrace, only in hot Summer a bit useless during the day. App to get in appt worked fine.
Loud aircon in bedrooms (happy that they do have aircon of course). Slow and small elevator, general condition of house is that it is worn, could use an update here and there. But generally it has the required facilities.

guter Supermarkt fußläufig, einige Busse in der Nähe, Terrasse, Orangen als Begrüßungsgeschenk waren toll, relativ ruhige Wohnung, Netflix stand zur Verfügung, Espressomaschine, Küche insgesamt gut, sehr freundlicher Vermieter!
Installation der App zum Aufschließen umständlich, Fahrstuhl fiel zweimal aus. Möbel im Wohnzimmer viel zu niedrig und nicht stabil genug (ungeeignet für ältere Leute), Wasserdruck und Wärmeregulierung im Bad schwierig, extrem kalte Wohnung (wir saßen am Abend in Winterjacke vor dem Fernseher), nur durch Klimaanlage beheizbar, das Schlafzimmer mit den zwei Betten riecht muffig - auch nach häufigem Lüften. Sehr fußkalt, wir haben vor Ort Hausschuhe gekauft. Im Bad ist das Waschbecken nicht befestigt. Die Umgebung ist insgesamt nicht so schön, auch wenn die Infrastruktur in Ordnung ist. Der Preis war für die Jahreszeit und den Komfort viel zu hoch (110 Euro / tgl.)
