Deludente rispetto alle aspettative.

Mobili ed elettrodomestici nuovissimi. Vicino ci sono due supermercati molto comodi.

Non ci sono finestre, questo causa 3 problemi diversi: L'aria non circola bene e quando si rientra in casa c'è sempre odore di chiuso; C'è poca luce naturale, essendo l'unico ingresso lontano un paio di metri dalla camera da letto; Non si può fare uscire facilmente l'aria calda da dentro. Ho riscontrato altre 3 problematiche: L'appartamento è sulla strada, quindi ci sono spesso rumori di macchine o passanti, anche se gli infissi fanno un buon lavoro ad attutire il suono; Non c'è una vera porta d'ingresso ma solo una porta in vetro dopo il cancello del "terrazzino", la quale ovviamente lascia intravedere dentro la stanza, ( ho dovuto chiedere di mettere un separé perché si vedeva tutto la sera); Ultimo problema, il meno grave in realtà, il condizionatore era molto lontano dal letto e prima di raffreddare la stanza ci mette molto tempo, inoltre il motore è messo proprio sul terrazzino quindi se esci per stare fuori e c'è il condizionatore acceso fai la sauna. P.s. la TV nella stanza che ho avuto io ( 22b), non era davanti al letto, bensì davanti al tavolo.

Sehr gute Lage. zu Metro 2 min zu Fuß und dann hat es nur 10 min bis in die Innenstadt gedauert. Super Service direkte Kommunikation und Antworten auf Fragen.

Appartamento senza finestre,ogni volta che rientravamo la prima cosa che si sentiva è la puzza di chiuso e di umido,in più pochissima privacy,il terrazzino è proprio sulla strada e da fuori si vede tutto l appartamento all’interno fino al bagno

A környék egy nyugodt külvárosi rész. Könnyen elérhető minden, élelmiszerbolt, gyógyszertár, tömegközlekedési eszközök. Mivel a központtól kicsit távolabb van így olcsóbb is.

Az ágy lepedője kicsit kisebb volt és folyamatosan lecsúszott. A szellőztetés nehez megoldható mert csak egy bejárat van, így néha beszorult a levegő.
