This home has everything needed for a perfect Nantucket vacation! The home itself is loaded with antique charm, and has gorgeously updated kitchens and baths. All of the rooms are spacious, beautifully appointed, and have plenty of storage which gave our group of 6 plenty of space to spread out, work if necessary, and enjoy the house. We particularly appreciated the huge kitchen, the 2 living rooms with great TVs, and the adorable screened porch. Additionally, the parking space and great wifi & a/c made life comfortable and easy. The in-town location was also excellent. It was a short and very pleasant walk into town for coffee, dinners, and shopping. The only minor thing to be aware of is that there are no first floor bedrooms and the 2 sets of stairs are quite steep and narrow. Also, like many Nantucket homes, in order to get to the 3rd and 4th bedrooms, you must “pass-through” bedroom #2. This was not an issue for us, but might be for some groups who want total privacy for everyone. The host Erin was extremely easy to work with and was very responsive to my pre-rental questions. While we were there, everything went perfectly and we didn’t have any issues or questions. All in all, this is a lovely and spacious home. We certainly hope to return and would highly recommend to anyone.
