Cosy, very calming, close to Gongdeok station

I liked that the property was close to the station and allowed easy access—around 30 minutes—to major sightseeing areas such as Seongsu and Gyeongbokgung. The kitchen was fully equipped with appliances and cutlery, which made eating meals in the room very convenient. The two separate bedrooms offered good privacy, and the main bedroom was spacious enough to keep my suitcase open comfortably. The owner was very kind and always replied to messages quickly. Even in November, the room stayed warm and comfortable.
There was no separate shower room, so the toilet and sink area became wet after showering. However, the floor dried by the next morning, so it wasn’t a major inconvenience. For those who prefer a proper shower facility, a jjimjilbang in the Mapo area is about a 15-minute walk away. Also, the lower bunk bed has a low ceiling, which might feel cramped for some people.

Gute Lage, in der Nähe der Metro, viele Lokale und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung, gemütliche Zimmer, bequeme Betten, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Wir konnten das Gepäck schon Mittags abstellen

Квартира в целом неплохая: внутри чисто, есть все необходимые принадлежности, расположение удобное - рядом станция метро, магазины и кафе
Квартира довольно старенькая, и в ней было очень сыро, из-за чего периодически появлялись комары и мошки. На нижней части двухъярусной кровати спать было невозможно - слишком мало места. Больше всего нас расстроило отсутствие душевой кабины, хотя это частично и наша невнимательность при бронировании.
Также при заселении мы около получаса искали вход, навигация оказалась непростой.
