The property is relatively cheaper compared to other listings in the area, but I think it’s also partly due to location. The place is clean, bed is comfy, toilet flushes well, well equipped with kitchen appliances (kettle, microwave, induction stove, fridge, utensils). The place is just enough for 2 people. Any more and I’ll think it’ll be cramped.
If you take the shortcut to the location, you’ll have to climb up a steep flight of stairs. If you don’t do well with lifting heavy luggages, I recommend taking a taxi from seoul station. It’s very near Seoul Station and it won’t cost much. Even if you take a bus like the host suggested, the town bus has steep stairs up and down the bus as well. Also one thing to note is there is no air condition in the bedroom (there is a fan) so I’m not sure how summer will feel like.

Good location and instructions on how to get there. The apartment was nice and well-kept, and the host was wonderful when I asked to store my bag before check-in. I felt very safe and my stay was very pleasant.
The mattress was a little firm for me, but overall I had a nice stay and it was very pleasant.
