The bathroom was large and the room was larger than appeared in photos
This is not a hotel, its a private apartment and everything is managed through whatsapp. There is no concierge. The room its self is fine but the area is awful. From this apartment all the way to the train station i wouldn't recommend staying any where in the area. There are piles of garbage in the street, graffiti all over the buildings, broken beer bottles all along the roads and droves of migrants sleeping in alleys under card board boxes. It was really sad to see and be around

Close to Termini station and metro
Room backed to noisy street where loud conversations broke out until 4am nightly. Some sort of hangout and windows didn’t block any sound.

Great Location: Super convenient and located very close to the train station, making it easy to get around.
Clean & Modern Interior: Once inside the hotel section, the hallways and rooms are bright, modern, and very clean—a complete contrast to the building's exterior.
Value for Money: Given the location and price, it is a great budget option if you plan to spend most of your time exploring rather than hanging out in the room.
Responsive Communication: Even though check-in and support are digital, the staff was very prompt and responsive whenever we sent messages with questions.
Building & Elevator: The entrance to the building feels a bit dated and unwelcoming. The elevator is extremely tiny and feels somewhat unsafe, though it does work.
Noise: The street below can be loud at night. You can hear everything happening outside, including a fight that broke out on our first night.
Limited Service & Night Setup: There is no physical front desk staff on-site (everything is done digitally). When we needed clean sheets at night, no one was available to help us—we were directed to grab extra bedding from a shared hallway closet.
Tight Space: The room and bathroom are very small. The bathroom has zero extra space, so changing inside it isn't an option. If you are traveling with someone, expect to be in close quarters.

It was clean
The room was MUCH SMALLER than advertised. I am a skinny person and it was a stretch fitting into the shower.
