Very spacious and well ventilated apartment.
There is a very exciting history of the location of this building, named Papagenohaus, which dates from 1936, it was erected on the former place o Starhembergischen Freihaus that had a Theater, Das Freihaustheater, where Mozart’s Magic Flute was for the fist time performed on 39.09.1791.

The nearness to the city, the quietness of the area. The property itself was first-class. Excellent facilities, backed up by brilliant support from the management. Internet was great, bed was extremely comfortable, balcony was a real treat and the air conditioning was very much appreciated.

Great location, very cosy apartment. Owners are very kind. Clean, warm (since I’ve been there during winter) and photos of planets and moon mirrors are very cute and charming. Since I am visiting Vienna often, I will come back for sure. Anyway, strong recommandation.

Super zentrale Lage, schöne Dachterrasse, sehr bequemes Bett!!! liebevolle Deko von Eva, Klimaanlage, schöner großer Kleiderschrank!
Wer über die Sauberkeit meckert, hat noch nie in einem Altbau gewohnt... bei uns war es sauber, lediglich das Toilettenfenster ist in die Jahre gekommen und die Terrassentür klemmt ein bisschen.
Super Aussicht: ums Eck auf den Naschmarkt, rechts sieht man die Domspitze des Stephansdom und die Karlskirche spiegelt sich im Bürogebäude gegenüber 😉
Der Balkon, vor allem das Geländer sieht auf den Fotos besser aus- nichts desto trotz unser Lieblingsplatz am Abend🧃
