Location, location
The staff were amazing, nothing was a problem, an excellent warm bed and a wonderful hot shower which is always a priority.
The food excellent. We love their fish chowder.
We have stayed at Shepherds Arms many times and are never disappointed.

Excellent location - easy walking distance to the city centre. Very friendly and helpful staff. Free car park.

The staff were very nice. And had a good vibe with the bar. The location was pretty good as well.
The carpark was small so it was hard for us to get a spot. Our toilet seat both top and bottom, were falling off the toilet which made it very hard to use. Also the shower curtains looked dirty.
