Very clean and comfortable. Big master bedroom, bith rooms had televisions nice bath.
Need more PowerPoints - bathroom and next to bed.

Kitchen Electrical Connection
* The kettle and toaster were connected to an extension cord that did not appear to be working.
* We had to unplug the extension cord and connect the kettle directly to an outlet to boil water, and then do the same with the toaster.
* Extension cord: We didn't know if we needed to press something to make it work or it just wasn't a functioning equipment.

We had a wonderful stay! This was excellent value for money and one of the best Airbnbs we’ve stayed at. The house is much more spacious than the photos suggest, with two comfortable bedrooms, very cozy beds and quality bedding. The small kitchen was well equipped, making it easy to prepare simple meals and enjoy breakfast or dinner at home. Everything was clean, warm and thoughtfully prepared. We actually adjusted our travel schedule just to stay here, and it was absolutely worth it. We’d happily stay again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Wellington.

Loved the very comfortable beds; good shower; very clean & quiet. Location also appeared to be pleasant & quiet. Excellent location for us as was close to family. Very efficient heat pump in the bedroom.
Hard to find & no signage. The ground floor apartment was at the end of a moderately long drive. The street number was only visible once into the drive. Untidy outdoor presentation. Kitchen toaster, electric jug & microwave not working so possibly electrical overload or some other local power interruption. Only lukewarm water at sink & no dishwash liquid or dishcloth available. Almost no WiFi reception and nothing at all after 10pm
