This was a great space for a short stay in Rome - just a few minutes to Campo di Fiori and walkable for sightseeing (Colosseum/forum, Pantheon, Trevi fountain all within a 30 min walk). The room is very nicely designed, and the courtyard was nice to have. The main bed is very comfortable, and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the pull-out couch bed. Easy check-in process with a communicative host, and the extra touches left by the host (a bottle of wine, water, a map) made it even better.
As others have noted, the shower is tiny. As a relatively small adult, I had trouble rotating in there, but made it work. Though you enter on the first floor, you have to climb a flight of stairs to get to the apartment once inside, so I do not recommend for individuals with mobility issues/really heavy luggage. While the location is quiet from the outside despite being close to everything, you can hear all the movement from the upstairs apartment. If you plan on being in the room for extended periods and/or you are a light sleeper, it's something to consider.

Si bien es muy bonito el lugar y tiene todo muy bien, y completo, debo decir que es incómodo el dormitorio por su falta de espacio, y que es bastante peligrosa la escalera interna, requeriría una baranda de protección. También, al haber escalones para todo ( para el baño, el dormitorio, el estar...) los escalones deberían estar marcados.
Por lo mencionado, no es un hospedaje para cualquier persona. A pesar de ser muy bonito y completo. Por eso el 8.

Good location and good price. The AC is good, the guys helped when we needed
The apartment doesn’t really have windows… just small balcony. The bed wasn’t comfortable and the room is tiny

L’emplacement
Chaudière en panne pendant 3 jours avec faible réactivité du propriétaire pour intervenir. Terrasse répugnante et constellée de fientes d’oiseaux. Surface de l’appartement faussée car l’entrée, au RDC, représente plus de 10m2 pas vraiment utile. SDB exiguë.
