Fantastic 5 day stay. The location is phenomenal - I walked to nearly everything. The apartment had ample room, was well appointed and the extra sofa bed meant that two snoring adults could get a full night's rest. But the greatest part was the host staff. I made what could have been a disastrous mistake - I left my new phone in a taxi and I had no identifying information for the taxi. I was alone in a country without a phone or an ability to speak Italian. I contacted Emanuele using my tablet, she called the phone, the taxi driver answered, she worked out all the details and the next day I was able to pick the phone up at the police station. Absolutely saved my trip.
The internet-based access was a little awkward before I got on the unit's wi-fi, but it all worked out and worked fine thereafter.
