easy to get to, luckily we stayed on a sunday so parking was free. easy and safe to get in and out of.

It was in a quite area, quite neighbourhood and self check in.
Floor was squeaky and floor tiles shaky. Other than that all good

Location is great, really close to Eastham tube station so super handy, plus close to a big Lidl and small convinience stores. Bed was comfortable and fan was in the room during heatwave which was helpful.
Wasn't aware that the kitchen was only in use during certain hours; I had to leave the house before 8am and was often back around 9/10pm so i was unable to use any of the kitchen which ended up costing me more in food/drink.
There's also a baby living in the house, so it could be heard crying sometimes, it personally didn't bother me too much but was still quite annoying as I didn't see in the listing that a family lived there or that the kitchen was off limits during certain times, and would've avoided if I knew beforehand.
