The highlight of the hotel is definitely the rooftop terrace where breakfast is served. The views of the pyramids are absolutely spectacular and probably the best feature of the hotel. The hotel itself is comfortable and generally very nice, and when we had a problem with the electronic card reader on our door, the staff did eventually fix it.
Although the hotel is advertised as 5-star, I would not consider it a 5-star hotel by European standards. The surrounding area is unfortunately quite dirty, with a lot of rubbish in the streets, although we noticed this is quite common in Cairo/Giza in general.
During our stay, the electronic card reader on our room door stopped working and we couldn’t get into the room. It was eventually repaired, but it was quite stressful because we had a tour scheduled and needed access to our belongings.
Another important point is that the spectacular pyramid views are from the rooftop/breakfast terrace, not from the room. Finally, the constant sound of cars honking outside can be very disturbing during the night.

Ragazzi dell'hotel gentilissimi
Un ragazzo è venuto a prendermi in macchina dal centro e mi ha portato in hotel con la macchina
Posizione un pochino difficile da trovare con la mappa di booking

Close to the pyramids and a spacious room with air conditioning.
The location is not easily reached by many drivers, it's kinda confusing. Some drivers will drop you off on the ramp the the highway and you will have to walk down.
You should skip the breakfast, not worth your time.
Elevator is very small and hot! The breakfast/ bar area is hot and humid (August stay).
The room had a bathtub with a shower head hanging on top. So when you go to take a shower water will be running e everywhere in the bathroom like a small river.
