This is a beautiful hotel in a stunning location with lovely gardens all around. We had a very comfortable stay, the room was spacious and full of character, the food was wonderful, and the staff were absolutely lovely. I highly recommend this place!

絵の様なホテル。調度品も趣味が良く落ち着いて滞在出来た。茶畑が直ぐ近くで、散歩している時に茶摘みの方達と写真も撮らせて貰ったと息子が喜んでいた。スタッフも親切。
夕食がカレーのみで、ライスか麺かを選ぶだけ。２泊したので、選択肢が少ないのが残念だった。スタッフ数が少ないこと。

Lovely historic property.
We had a rather unfortunate experience at check in. Upon arrival, the staff indicated that they did not have our reservation. We provided evidence (via the Booking confirmation + 2 emails that we received from the property a couple of days prior to arrival). They were able to accomodate us in a lesser room. However upon check out - they wanted us to pay for the higher priced room we originally reserved. It was quite a battle to convince them that we would only pay for the rate for the lesser room.
