Newly remodeled... spacious, updated, clean. The woman personally made us breakfast each morning... as we walked in. Not sitting in steam pans!!
No sign! Neither the fast ferry man or shuttle driver knew anything about Pack Train Inn because they do not have a sign! We couldn't find it either! I called the day before we arrived ( I always do to double check reservation). A man answered, not saying Pack Train Inn.. so I asked. He said yes, this is it, but I'm home in bed trying to sleep. It was 7:00 pm... not late to me, but it was to him. No help, just cranky. So, tried 5-6 times the next day, call dropped each time. ( too many people from cruise ships do this sometimes). Finally found someone who could direct me. If they'd Put Up a Sign it would help everyone!!

Skagway is small so all locations are good. Clean room and well connected TV.
Heaters were on the Fritz … always on. Room was >85F and thus very uncomfortable. The only option the staff had was open the windows or provide a fan. Could not turn the heat off. It was past midnight before temp in the room was down to 75F. Very uncomfortable night.
