Lage war gut - nahe der Metro. Generell entspricht die Unterkunft der Beschreibung. Durch das Sicherheitsschloss fühlt man sich auch wohl dort (trotz Anwaltsbüros nebenan).
Kaffeemaschine war da - Kapseln haben leider gefehlt.

The suite is very comfortable and honestly exceeded my expectations. It has a small kitchen with utensils in case you want to prepare something quick, a mini fridge, and air conditioning. The closet is also well equipped, and the suite is very quiet, which I really appreciated.
The building is a mix of commercial and residential spaces, which can be a good thing in some ways. However, there is a law office right next door, and I did come across a few people who were not very respectful. This was really the only downside regarding the building itself.
As for the location, it is strategically perfect because it is right in the city center, making it very easy to get around. You can reach many of Athens’ main tourist attractions very quickly, and public transportation is also very close and convenient.
That said, I did feel that the surrounding area was somewhat unsafe. I saw quite a few people using drugs on the streets, which surprised me and made me feel uncomfortable and a little scared, especially when walking around alone.
The staff was very helpful and sent me all the information I needed to manage the reservation smoothly. They even provided a document with photos and detailed instructions to help you find the suite when you arrive, which was very useful.
Overall, the suite itself was comfortable, quiet, and well equipped, and the central location was definitely a major advantage.

The apartment was close to central Athens so that we could walk to all the historical sites and museums. There were restaurants and shops on the doorstep and a grocery store just down the road. The air conditioner was a very welcome relief after a long day exploring Athens in the hot sun. The WiFi and TV were both excellent. Also, the host was easy to get hold of and very helpful. Detailed check-in instructions were given.
It would have been nice to have an oven, but we managed without one.
