I really liked the tiny pool for the hot Guatemalan days and I liked how charming the aesthetic of the hotel was.
The hotel didn't have any English speaking stuff on site but we were able to get by anyways and really enjoyed this stay.

The facilities were very good. I loved the jacuzzi and the view that came with the room.
The bed wasn’t as comfortable as I thought I’d be and the TV was too old.

La experiencia en el hotel me resulta muy agradable, especialmente porque durante el quinto fin de semana de Cuaresma su ubicación me queda de maravilla para las actividades que realizo. Me gusta mucho que esté bastante céntrico, ya que facilita el acceso y hace más cómoda la estadía. Además, el ambiente del hotel conserva un encanto especial que siempre me ha parecido muy bonito.
En esta ocasión no me agradó que, a pesar de haber reservado con bastante anticipación una habitación con jacuzzi (8 meses) al llegar me asignaran otra diferente. Aunque posteriormente el personal logró resolverlo, este tipo de situaciones no son agradables cuando uno organiza su viaje con meses de anticipación. También inicialmente me ubicaron en una habitación junto a un portón que generaba mucho ruido, al punto de no poder dormir hasta la madrugada, aunque agradezco que recepción me ayudó a cambiar de habitación.
Tampoco me dejó la misma impresión la actividad de alfombra realizada en el hotel, ya que sentí que no tomaron en cuenta a todos los huéspedes de igual manera. Comparado con la experiencia del año pasado, esta vez fue diferente. Considero además que el hotel podría cuidar más algunos detalles de mantenimiento y dar un poco más de esplendor a sus instalaciones, manteniendo siempre su estilo colonial sin que eso se perciba como descuido.
