My tire on my truck blew out and the front desk accommodated me by storing my bicycle. Thank you maintenance man. You all were so helpful

I paid $120+ for a 1 night stay and was put in a dog room and mind you I wasn’t traveling with a dog I was traveling with my 3 month old grandson who is severely allergic to dogs and as soon as you hit the hit that particular hallway the smell of ammonia is extreme. I took our belongings into the room and baby within 5 minutes his cheeks are in hives, coughing, sneezing I immediately went to the desk and asked the gentlemen did he put me in a dog room and he said yes pets do stay in that hallway and moved me right then. However the next room as soon as you open door it was an awful smell of mold/mildew I have been a frequent guest at this hotel for many years when traveling to my hometown of Middletown to visit family and have given the benefit of the doubt when seeing them do a few repairs and upgrades at times but their prioritizing is quite off and this hotel is charging way to much for what they are offering! At 7:50am the coffee was out and not refilled for at least 45 minutes I’m not sure if even then it was because I was tired of waiting and went to the gas station up the road to grab one.
