The home was beautiful, everything was perfect for my stay. I will definitely be reserving this room as I have 3 more appointments I need to have near Scottsdale

Do NOT stay here. On our first night, we were locked out of our room and spent two exhausting hours dealing with back-and-forth communication with Hideaway Scottsdale. They offered no alternative solution and no real help, leaving us with no choice but to call an emergency locksmith at 1:00 a.m. and pay out of pocket for an issue that was entirely their responsibility. This was not how we planned to start our vacation. Adding to the frustration, the property had bugs everywhere. The lack of support, accountability, and basic hospitality was extremely disappointing. Will NEVER stay here again, but will book with Expedia for the exceptional service.

This was a horrific stay at a property that is not even licensed with Scottsdale. This property was extremely filthy and caused medical problems for one of the guests. The vents were caked in dirt, blood was on multiple surfaces, the thermostat did not work, the furniture was broken or extremely worn, and the entire stay was miserable. This host is non-responsive and does not work to solve any issues. Avoid this place at all costs.
