Close to restaurants and grocery or coffee shop, easy access and nice location close to the river. 50 min drive to Paradise in Mt Rainier.for an early hike.
Beautiful wooden cabin, great architecture.
Really starting to show its age, the lights inside are so dim, it's hard to really see at night or read a book. Kitchen plastic cups and glasses really need to be replaced and kitchen overall needs to be decluttered. Same for the bathroom, faucet and shower show their age, rug on floor too.... To me it was past rustic and cozy, it started feeling like "I don't want to spend too much time in the cabin" which is a shame.
Also, it wasn't too bothering us but cars or trucks on the road right behind the cabin can be loud sometimes.

Super roomy and well appointed. It was raining cats and dogs all weekend (mushrooming) so it was really great to have the wood stove and dry wood outside under cover.

Very comfortable. Owner thought of everything. Loved all the little details. We appreciated the fans as it got a little warm one night.
The kids enjoyed having their own space.

location was great.
The place needs up dating. The carpet and furniture need to be replaced. We were there when it was hot. Sleeping was difficult due to the lack of air conditioning.
