10 Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand und zur Markthalle. Restaurants und Bars innerhalb 5-15 Minuten erreichbar. Tram-Haltestelle ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Küchenzeile mit Kühlschrank und Gefrierschrank (der mal abgetaut werden sollte), Geschirrspüler, Kaffeemaschine (Dolce Gusto), Herdplatte, sowie Geschirr und Besteck vorhanden. Ruhige Lage ohne lauten Straßenverkehr. Vorhänge und Außenrollläden vorhanden. Abschliessbarer Schrank für Aufbewahrung von zwei großen Koffern.
Apartment Nr. 5 im Erdgeschoss mit wenig Tageslicht. Etwas muffiger bzw. modriger Geruch, der entweder vom kleinen nicht zugänglichen Innenhof (Fenster) oder vom Bad (Dusche und/oder Waschbecken) kam. Wasser im Bad Waschbecken floß nicht ab. Kein Wasserkocher und kein Geschirrhandtuch vorhanden.

El apartamento estaba completo y lo mejor la limpieza, nos encantó quedarnos allí y lo más seguro es que si vuelvo a necesitar en otra ocasión lo reserve nuevamente. Además les escribí para saber si podía entrar antes de la hora y no me han puesto ninguna pega. Han sido súper amables y les agradecemos mucho 😊

El apto está precioso, reformado, todo nuevo, muy actual en iluminación y demás, camas muy cómodas y un baño estupendísimo. Puedes aparcar cerca fácil y gratis.
